Steve Marinaccio, Alderperson 3rd Ward

Alderman Stephen Marinaccio was appointed as a 3rd Ward alderman in May 2025. He has lived in Silvis since 1994. He served in the US Army from 1968 through 1988, is a Vietnam veteran and retired as a Major. After his military retirement, he worked as aq Quality Manager and Six Sigma Blackbelt for a local company for 17= years. He has a B.A., Administration of Justice, Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA, an M.B.A., St. Ambrose University, Davenport, IA and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He attends Homewood EFC church and is a member of the Worship Team.
