Chrissy Winters, Alderperson 4th Ward

Chrissy Winters was appointed as 4th Ward Alderwoman May 2023 when David Smith stepped down. Chrissy is currently the treasurer of Silvis Main Street and served on the Police Pension Board until is became a conflict of interest. She is alos the bookkeeper at Colona Grade School and has been with the District for the past 11 years. Chrissy has been married to her husband Todd, a retired Silvis Police Officer for 24 years and they have 1 son, Cameron. Cam is a student at Monmouth College, studying to be a police officer. They also have 2 dachshunds, Baxter and Bailey.
