Tom Lupinski, City Inspector
Tom has been a licensed plumber for 25 years and with the City of Silvis for 13 of those years. He is a certified plumbing inspector and a certified building inspector. Tom graduated from United Township High School in 1976 and enjoys restoring old cars and trucks in his free time.

The City Inspector's Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 9:00 am / Noon - 1:00 pm.
